Should we offer an OOT service? Free and premium

Post by Schedule 12 » 03 Sep 2017 19:42

I'm constantly dealing with clients with OOT PCN enforcement which I can stop the enforcement or find an irregularity.

I presently do not offer a service assisting drivers with preparing their appeals.

Normally I would refer them to specialist help, but I have nobody to pass them to. Presently available forum based internet help is inadequate and the advice given is inconsistent.

I'm looking for thoughts and comments about opening a section on this board to enable people to get help preparing OOT's.

Go for it. Would it need a dedicated mod or anything?

it would need someone with OOT knowledge. I could do it, but I rather not commit paid work time to it.

I'll ask Amy and see what she says. She has the final say.
