These bailiffs are starting to get out of hand. Now they are attacking people who owe nothing and getting them arrested.

He did no wrong...nothing was owed, so why was he there strangling a half naked woman on her bed?

The police reviewed the tapes and confirmed he attacked her, and JBW say that is maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

I remember speaking to the client. I gave it to a lawfirm specialising in police litigation .
I would expect they would be close to reaching a settlement by now.
There is also a personal injury claim against the council.
