Approached bank last week to do charge back suddenly out of the blue Rossendales write to me offering all their crazy fees back , upon contacting them with account details they again ask are we still taking matters further. Seems RBS treated as fraud , which seems to press panic button. Shall we close matter .

Rosendales are trying to avoid the chargeback fee. Proceed with the chargeback and pay Rossendales only what the law says you owe. If there are overpayments on the liability order then reclaim that from the council.

Thanks Jason , thanks to your web site we have recovered

After reading about the hardship these companies are causing people in genuine hard times I'm appalled .

I'm calling a meeting with Manchester city council to explain actions of their contractors and booking surgery with Ivan Lewis our local MP

This system of big business fraud has to be stopped , this is a democratic country with one of the best legal systems in the world.
