hi
I filed a late statutory declaration unpaid pcn but it was refused, I then paid the amount directly to the council. now the bailiff enforced the warrant as they told me the council had refunded back the payment, i needed to payment to the agent.

could i file another statutory declaration?

No.

Councils don't give money to bailiffs. Even if they did, the law doesn't enable the warrant to be revived.

If you want to hand a bailiff a wad of cash, that's up to you.

Not sure if I would...
