#1 Marston At Door for Parking Fine

I have a PCN Which i have not paid i have previously filled notice to the owner which was done in my favour but missed to pay because did not have money at that time and now marstons turn up my door asking 513. Is there any chance of paying direct to the camden council

You can pay the council direct, it's not the same as council tax if the council refuses the money. Council tax enforcement ceases when the money is tendered, which kills the enforcement power and leaves the council out of pocket.

Its different with PCN's. You have to pay the "Amount Outstanding", that is the sum on the warrant that is owed to the council, and you issue the bailiff a Notice under paragraph 59 of Schedule 12 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (TCEA 2007)

They have seen my car parked outside and put on a sticker saying we put a traking devices do not move it . but i have checked and did not see it. I also removed the car and put somewhere elses. What else can they do

The sticker should be handed into police.

Hi there please help

rundles enforcement agent clamped my vehicle this morning for unpaid box junction ticket. i have already filled out of time
statutory declaration to the Northampton county court am now waiting the cancellation to arrive this week. what should i do now. my vehicle is also on a log book loan with a loan company.

Contact both the bailiff and the creditor with evidence of the log-book loan and the statutory declaration.
