#1 Quick question

Post by Paulgcm7 » 28 Sep 2017 15:34

Hi
I received a letter from Equita concerning a dart charge, I’ve had nothing from the highways agency or court concerning this so I’ve put in te7 and te9 forms. Today I’ve had a letter through the door saying they will clamp and remove my van if I don’t pay £485
I’m a courier so the van is used for work and it’s worth less than £1350, ami right in saying that they haven’t really got a leg to stand on?

Enfoircement fails on two counts.

The van is a trade vehicle, and;

The enforcement power is suspended when the TE9 is emailed to the Traffic enforcement centre.
Run this Checklist. If no joy, then we'll fix it
