Hi looking for some advice,
I received a note through my door today when I was out from marstons about unpaid to licence. It's says it's my final notice and unless I pay the full£395 they will remove goods from my property. I phoned the number and spoke to the guy he told me he will bring a locksmith and break in if I'm not in. My son turned 5 in September so my income support was stopped, I am unable to sign on as I started a full time college course. I am on a very low income and unable to pay the full amount.
All advice would be much appreciated
Thank you

Hi, when speaking with marston on the phone they told me it was for a fine in 2014 does that come under the section the offence is more than 6 months old? Also marston and the guy who's number was on the letter threatened me with locksmiths. Also since September 2016 my financial circumstances have changed. Thank you

Did you know about the fine at the time?
