I was convicted in 2010 in relation to a road traffic collision which was my fault and ordered to pay costs.
My insurance company actually paid the costs and I got a letter from them to produce to the court proving it.
That was the end of the matter, I have no problems.
However .....
I now have to a criminal record check in relation to my work abroad and Disclosure Scotland is asking for proof the costs were paid.
I'd be grateful if anyone can help me out and tell me how I do this. Do I simply need to go to the court and ask or is there an online process ?
