Bailiffs dcdl. Due to pip I finished myself
Bailiffs dcdl. Due to pip I finished myself
I had a pip check done but decided to do things myself as my bank contacted me and said they don’t deal with pip from outside companies and would only deal with me direct. I completed the paperwork with the bank and received a payout now out of the blue dcbl. Have sent me a bailiff letter threatening to take goods unless I pay them £4.500, I paid off my depts with the money I received from the bank and have no way to find £4000 as I’m on a low income and my partner is out of work. What can I do? Ive not had anything from courts or and sort of offer of an organised payment instalment plan. What do I do? Thanks

What is a pip check?

I think the OP means a PPI refund.
With the refund, did you pay off the debts that DCBL are calling for?

I think a stay of execution is more appropriate because DCBL will pester for their fees the OP can least afford.
Kill it.
