I would say that Lowell will start World War 3 if you do not pay them £1 a day.

Aside from the jokes, what do you want to do about it? Pay it, or dispute it?

As stated on the notice, it is a requirement under the Consumer Credit Act to send such notices. As such, it can be safely ignored. Just keep an eye out for further letters from Lowell, especially if they are threatening legal action.
