Strange letter about court documents

Post by dagglen8 » 18 Jul 2017 01:36

Hello, I have received this letter. It is unsigned and unnamed. It claims I could be brought before judge and sentenced to prison! Any ideas what this might be about?

P.S. I have checked my credit score and there are no CCJ's or any such recorded against me.

Just hand it into the police online (your local police force website) and report it as an offence under section 1 of the Malicious Communications Act 1988.

You will find out if it's genuine and the "document" it talks about actually exist.

A warrant for your arrest cannot be issued over a CCJ.
