#1 High court writ issued twice for same ccj

Post by Tdtwin » 24 Oct 2017 22:44

Last year I have visit from high court bailiffs. I let them come in to show that I don't have anything valuable and after the usual talk that they will remove my sofa old tv an car worth 300£ ,everything was left alone and of the record bailiffs told me that nothing will be removed. I call bailiff company and I set payment plan ,payments are up to date.today I receive letter from different bailiffs with new high court writ and stating I have to pay in full by next week. Can anyone help what I should do please

Is the new writ for the same debt?

If your circumstances have not changed then they cannot recover the debt. It's called 'nulla bona'
Run this Checklist. If no joy, then we'll fix it

Yes it is same. I call them today and explain that I am paying this from Dec last year, and response was that they will investigate and call me, can they still enforce the writ it's look like they have new high court issued Oct this year
