I have a ccj which is nearly 6 years old. I’ve currently been making payments to marston group for £50 a month since sept 2016 and in dec 17 I started £25 a week. They have phoned me and said I need to make a higher payment. Do I have to? I’m worried they will take my stuff and I’m paying back the debt but they keep hassaling me for more money and to fill out a form which ch has just arrived in the post today
So worried.

CCJs drop off the record and credit files after 6 years but they still have to be paid. You are paying more than twice as much every month, sounds like they are seeing this as a sign that you can afford to pay even more. How much is this CCJ for?
