Dear all
I have a debt I cannot pay and for the last 3 years I have had Guardian Collections sending me emails, constantly trying to threaten bankrupcy. They do not have my current address, and the debt goes back to 2012. I have tried to make payments but my situation does not allow. What can I do? My view is to ignore it and let it die, but I also have caution in that if they do good on their threats to go to court. What do you counsel?

sorry ignore that bit, they need your address to do anything really, they are prob hoping you just pay
