He might have some more questions than usual at his next benefits office interview.
His website leaves plenty them so he is fit to work, and we relieve the beleaguered taxpayer of him sitting on his proverbial
As some viewers will know, the subject of paying the creditor direct (in order to avoid paying bailiff fees) was the subject of a court claim last year. The debtor (Mr Bola) lost his claim and was ordered to pay £7,000 in costs. Given the importance of the subject, I started two separate threads regarding the case. The first thread was to provide an outline of the case with the second thread being for 'discussion' purposes.
That thread is really quite shocking. Notwithstanding Harding's total inability to read and understand what has been posted, not one member has sought to ascertain any facts or timelines. To a man (and woman), they have simply told the OP that it serves them right and how naughty they have been. We're onto the second page and we still don't know how late the final payment was because nobody has had the intelligence to ask. There is of course the question of whether the court has acted proportionately and/or whether they ought to have sent a reminder which included mention of the consequences of not paying. To simply pass it over to enforcement for the sake of £30 is possibly in conflict with the national standards.Pote Snitkin wrote: ↑06 Apr 2018 11:28She's currently getting all Hyacinth Bucket on someone seeking advice. The OP paid the final instalment their son's fine 3 days before a Marston NOE arrived. They assumed it was sent in error so binned it. Marston's subsequently turned up demanding £310. The usual suspects, DX, sgtbush and the elusive chimp etc say tough, pay the bailiff. Sgtbush even seems to think the 2014 regs have superceded the MCA for some reason.
Sheila's now waded in, completely misunderstood what the OP has written and started banging on about 'fairy stories' of paying the creditor direct, reposting the passage from the review that states what the bailiffs say is the correct position.
Sheila dear - read the thread properly and you'll see the fine was paid in full before the NOE was received and could not have been under the compulsion of enforcement. Also ask why there has been no further steps notice - the OP has said only the final payment was a bit late.
Come on, pull your finger out, or do I have to join up again and give the correct info?
From the site that currently has 45 separate pages dedicated to Jason.Trawling through CH records at 2:20 AM to fuel some vile hatred trivia

Fixation or what???
Fella needs to get a grip.
One thing for sure. He won't be going back to CAG again.John The Baptist wrote: ↑06 Apr 2018 12:00
Unfortunately, the OP has lost out in the website lottery by attempting to seek help on CAG rather than locating this forum.
According to this post, she doesn't know the difference between fees and costs.John The Baptist wrote: ↑06 Apr 2018 12:00Harding's total inability to read and understand what has been posted,
I would imagine that even if Harding only has a handful of calls each week (which we all know is the real case) that posting about Jason will take priority.Pote Snitkin wrote: ↑06 Apr 2018 16:22Seems I was wrong - apparently every page is dedicated to Jason, even the ones about me, Mark and DL. So I guess we're talking about 80 separate pages obsessing about Jason. Think about that - 80 pages with thousands of comments, 99% of them from four lonely, spiteful OAPs. I'd like to know where Sheila finds the time what with her 300+ clients each week.
She has already said that 'hundreds' is more than 200, so let's say this is 300 enquiries. Split that between the two debt streams mentioned, it follows that means 150 per stream.Interestingly, from the hundreds of enquiries that I receive weekly from motorists regarding either Magistrate court fines for speeding offence etc or local authority issued penalty charge notices, it is interesting that most people do in fact update their driving licence with DVLA.....but not their V5C.
"Forgot"?????????Schedule 12 wrote: ↑10 Apr 2018 10:54Sheila forgot to update her own V5 when she got done for car tax offences.
After I picked myself from off the floor from laughing out loud, I awaited the response from the "Knowledgeable" Bailiff Advice AKA Sheila Harding.User Bailiff Advice is one of the most knowledgeable people in the country about this kind of thing

I cant say I noticed.Harding has been conspicuous in her absence for more than a fortnight
That's because it's a thread about HCEOs. Apart from quoting something or other from the Sheriffs Office website, she's completely out of her depth.I cant say I noticed.
Fcuk him. Hopefully he is struggling with his life full stop and won't be back.
